Highly Energy-Efficient Project in Mežciems

Pillar multi-apartment project Mežciema houses right next to the Biķernieku forest is a place to enjoy the proximity of nature while maintaining all the advantages of the city. It is home to an inspiring life in the rhythm of the city with the opportunity to relax in nature and enjoy its picturesque landscape in all seasons. The first phase of the Mežciema houses project consists of one 10-story building with 79 apartments. Two-room, three-room and four-room apartments with full interior decoration are available in the building, with an area of ​​45 to 88 square meters.
